It was a very nice stay, the hotel is located close to the mountain paths which is great. The atmosphere there is very ‘homely’ - guests have an unlimited access to tea, coffee and soda. We also had chance to use bubble pool, sauna and ping pong table. The personnel is very helpful and nice, I really recommend such hotel.

Very well located guesthouse, close to the center of Karlova Studanka and yet in a very quiet place. Good base for hiking to Praded. Parking place for each room is a great advantage. The common space includes a kitchen and dining room on each floor (in our case for three rooms), what is very convenient. Rooms are cozy, equipped simply, but sufficiently. A good offer for such price. The neighbourhood is beautifull.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is close to the center and hiking paths. Staff is welcome and friendly, the host couldn’t speak English, but we understood her Czech and everything was fine. You can find everything needed in the kitchen. Cleans and lovely place. Thanks

Unique place with wonderful spirits (Hosts). We felt as in-house. Cosy room. Common kitchen. Very good meals. Good coffee in the morning with a view of the snowed area. We definitely recommend staying there and eating some good food.

Freshly reconstructed little motel in great location. Very friendly host. I had a really nice room, clean, comfy, great bathroom. WiFi was choppy, but I went there to escape, not stare at my phone. I was biking for 10 days, it's a perfect location for those who like climbing, Praded is like 10km away, uphill all the way. What else? There is grill in the back terrace, free to use. You can buy meet ready for grilling in a village 5 km away, so I used that opportunity couple of times.
