I came across the Hostel by accident in booking. com and i didn’t know what to expect but i left with such a wonderful experience . The place was magical like a fairytale with a wonderful view from the lake and the mountains , the words are not enough to describe it , one must see it itself. The location was very practical near the bus station which also takes you to the main station in case you want to go to the city ,i went there with my little brother , very kid friendly and the place its in such away arranget that welcomes every group age . As for the stuff also the best impression very kind and helpful in every moment and always giving tips and answering our questions and trying to be as helpful as possible. I can’t wait to go back again and enjoy the nature and the peaceful atmosphere. I totally recommend it 😇😇.

There is an antique quirkiness about the place: you are encouraged to wear wool slippers that they provide, urinals and faucets are new but old school (you need to turn handles not just lift). Close to many hiking trails and you can explore the Rigi area if based here.

Nice place by lake. I departured at early morning, which is earlier than breakfast time. However, the host prepared a bag of food in advance. It is really nice.
