I stayed there for a month. great location - quite street, there is a grocery shop and a supermarket nearby, and it's only 7-10 min walk from the center (Pirin st.). The place has 2 very comfortable and well equipped kitchen and dining place, the rooms and the public places are very clean and pleasant. It shows that the place is well kept and well managed by the nice and kind family who lives there. It is really a great guest house, I enjoyed my staying there.

Super guesthouse! I stayed off and on for almost a week-did some hikes in the Pirins. Owner secured my extra gear in a storage closet--and allowed my to use my own lock. Excellent value and service, adequate breakfast. Close to supermarket. Great value.

The owner is very friendly and when we had a request he was responded quickly. The room is large, actually there are 2 rooms, the first one containing the sofa, table, chairs, refrigerator, the other one has a comfortable bed with a new mattress, bedside tables and 2 small chairs, wardrobe. All the furniture is made of solid wood. I liked that the rooms were bright (large windows), the heat was sufficient, as was the hot water, there was no problem. The bathroom has a shower, it also has a window that can be opened. The boiler there is not functional, the hot water comes from the building's heating plant

The owner is an extremely kind and helpful person He helped us plan a hiking trip through the gorgeous Pirin Mountains, stored our luggage while we were hiking and brought us to the starting point and picked us up after being finished for a more than reasonable fare. On top of this the the rooms were very pleasant with with comfortable beds and bathroom. Everything was properly cleaned and the WiFi worked flawlessly. Would definitely recommend to anybody staying in Bansko!

Lovely breakfast room with kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. Great supermarket 2 minutes away for all supplies. Great location for a short walk either to the gondola or the Old Town.

Very clean and the location was central. Breakfast was very good and parking was easy in the street, no issues at all. Nothing to complain about.
