I normally don’t give high ratings, but this property is worth it. Everything is so clean and spotless. The room has many little details to make you feel at home. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me rest and sleep well after a day of meetings. The breakfast was amazing and the have a lot for choice. I had to leave very early and my breakfast was prepared and delivered into the room regardless of the time. The hosts were very attentive and made sure my needs were met. These guys could teach a thing or two about hospitality to a lot of hotels. I will definitely come back again.

Quiet area, comfortable and close to the metro. I didn't meet Ayse but she was very accommodating and had very clear instructions on how to get to my accomm. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Huge room top.

First let me mention that Brussels is a city I have visited and never liked- always seemed depressing and dirty to me. Living in this apartment and spending time with the polite, kind and excellent hosts of this private property made me change my mind about the city. Now, this is the place I met Patricia and Ben that hosted me greatly and added a friendly hospitable note to this business trip and to this city. This is an attic, right next to a tram station, 10-15 mins from North Station ( no more than 40 mins from the BRU airport door to door with the public transportation). It is a huge place that can host up to 6 people. It has everything you may need from fridge to big tv and umbrellas to espresso machine, toaster and microwave oven. The bathroom and toilet new and sparking clean. Everything is sparkling clean which is not a common thing at all. It is located in a neighborhood where you have at least 3-5 food places next door or around 100m along with two supermarkets with everything you may need. Very well situated and very easy to commute. They did a great job with this place and I will always recommend it as a great solution for Brussels.

It had a fantastic view of the city and the cherry on top was access to the roof (floor 42), I think there is no better sky view than this one. The hosts were extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

We loved the place! It is a large, quiet place, filled with light. Large windows. There is a kitchenette, although we didn't use it. It is an old building, nicely redecorated. The host was great and spoke French and English. The beds were comfortable and towels were clean. Clean bathrooms. Very close to the center and 300m away from Metro station. I would recommend it to anyone, especially when travelling with kids.
