Their property is such a special place and to have this option as accommodation we are truly lucky. We had their soups and bread for dinner and their apple crumble and ice cream that we purchased at their farm store. It was delicious and a real treat.

She has gone to a lot of effort to ensure her guests have everything they want and more! I loved sitting on the wicker chairs on the balcony with a cup of tea (a great selection!) and watching the sunrise. It was a charming and delightful cottage set back from the Main St, so gave easy access to cafes, restaurants and the stunning foreshore.

We loved the unique atmosphere, there was so much room in bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living area. Every convenience was supplied and the host even gave us restaurant recommendations. The location was excellent in Franklin, and it was so quiet. I will definitely return again to Abbey on Main - brilliant! Thanks Gavin!!
