I loved the fact that the property was clean, quiet, family oriented, safe and right in the middle of the all attractions really. It was so close to the public transportation options. It made it effortless to enjoy the city and beyond. The hosts are the main reason why loved our stay here. They are extremely professional and friendly at the same time. They pay extreme attention room to details from instruction video about how to find the apartment to how to use the washing machine to everything else… they are there to ensure your stay is pleasant and memorable. We just loved the attention to details and care they showed to their guest. A little touch like how they print their guest’s last name and place it on your apartment door. I thought that was such a nice gesture. You will love it here. Don’t wait to book it! We will book again.

The apartment was spacious and clean in a very good location. I recommend it for the families with kids as everything is so close. There are a lot of places to eat and do some shopping. You can quickly get to Rathaus and the Stephansplatz. We really enjoyed staying at this property. The parking was offered by host in an underground parking and it's 14 Euros/day. The host was extremely kind.

We received a very warm welcome to Haus Sanz by the hostess, Suzanne. We really appreciated her hospitality, all the information she gave us about the city and generally the care that she put into the hotel. The thematic room and delicious breakfast in the cosy "stube" made it a unique place to stay during our short trip to Vienna. We would love to come back!
