Amazing cleanliness and fresh air, lovely atmosphere and furnitures, great view from the big balcony, comfortably bed and even some nice gestures, like instant coffee was left for breakfast. There was mini fridge in the wardrobe and hairdryer in the bathroom.

Everything was very clean and the house was comfortable and in perfect conditions, the location is near the main skilifts so you can go around without great efforts. The staff was incredibily kind and available to answer your questions anytime. We will definitely try to come back here next year !

Pension Koch is really conveniently located in the centre of Uttendorf, ski lifts in Zell am See and Kaprun are available within a 15-20 minute drive. The food was very nice, especially dinner, where the chef surprised us with a delicious menu each evening, catering for vegearian needs too. The staff was really attentive and helpful. We travelled with 2 dogs who were very much welcome too and we could take them for nice walks around the lake nearby. The sauna and wellness facility was beautiful and really pleasant at the end of a day spent on the slopes.

The place has an amazing view on the village. We were extremely satisfied with everything. The breakfast was perfect, too. Just imagine that you wake up in your grandma's house in the countryside and she waits for you with a breakfast in a fairytale environment. This is exactly that place. Only the apartment owner is much younger than your grandma :) Thank you for everything :)
