The room was large and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and we especially enjoyed the balcony with a mountain view. There were more local activities than we thought and a stay there should be more than the 1 night we had. The host was also very friendly. Would love to go back!

We stayed in the top floor apartment (Bergblick) for three weeks in June - July 2023 and loved everything about it. Exceptionally spacious, with a large living room, dining area, well equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC) and also a separate WC. The highlight was having two large private balconies - one at the front, off the living room, across the whole width of the front of the house and another at the back, off the bedroom, from which we often saw deer as it overlooked the garden and forest. Having two balconies gave us the choice of sun or shade at any time of day. The owners, Frau and Herr Wackerl, were very friendly and helpful - never intrusive, but always available if we needed anything. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and we were provided with fresh towels and bed linen during our stay. The house is on the edge of Scharnitz in a very quiet location up a steep road which continues as a footpath through the forest and up to the Karwendel Valley.

We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful rooms, well appointed with jug, toaster, coffee machine, fridge. Very spacious and comfortable. Would stay again. Needed to have breakfast earlier to make a meeting, and this was arranged with no hesitation. The bread was so fresh it was still warm. Super friendly & kind. Was on a motorcycle and had undercover parking. Very quiet. A great restaurant for dinner just 50m up road.

The team around Ondrej makes everyone feel special!! 2 highlights from our stay: 1) go into the sauna!! (ask at the reception about an hour before you want to get in, you will certainly enjoy it) 2) if you are not a vegetarian and it's a spare ribs evening, go for it!! (yes, our vegetarian daughter also got her treats, but the ribs stood out) All in all, a great location for skiing (we chose Seefeld) but there are plenty of hiking trails... We will be back

Pension has been in family for years and they do an excellent job! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great in charming breakfast room. Location is perfect to walk to city center for dinner and to reach area attractions nearby. Great location overall. Beautiful view of the mountains too.
