It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.

No restaurant available, but they can suggest many alternatives and choices in a very convenient driving distance. In addition we also got very good recommendation about ski rental and details about the ski area. We also got very good advices about the thermal baths and spa The room we got had 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed

The location was great, the lake is nof far, restaurants and shops are nearby. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The breakfast was rich and colorful, I especially liked the coffee they offered. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend and will be coming back for sure!
