It is magical place, you feel like in fairytale since you see the place from far. Claudia and her kids are so friendly and spreading good energy around the whole place. It was so relaxing to stay in Hochleiten-Gut, my friend and myself we spent few extremely lovely days there. Thank you so much again, Claudia!

Our visit was exceptional in every way. Everything was exactly as it should have been. The room amenities, breakfast, location, view, proximity to the Zee Lam See and Kaprun, as well as the proximity to the SPAR supermarket. The most helpful thing, though, was Julinda and her mother, as their daily conversations and suggestions were very useful.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Perfectly renovated. Our room was on the first floor with an amazing mountain view. The kitchen was fully equipped. The position is very close to other main cities. The only thing without a car or taxi it would be really difficult to reach out. The owner is very helpful, she prepared welcome notes and sticked front of the door so we directly went to our room.

Everything was great, there was only 1 little thing that kicked me in the nose and that was how many flies there are in this particular village. :D I don't know if they have more cows here and flies reproduce faster around them, or what else, but I had my balcon door open for 2 minutes and had to put up with flies for the rest of the night. Also went for a meal almost next-doors to Bei Albert restaurant, again too many flies, I couldn't even fully enjoy my very delicious burger they made me there, because I had to keep on pushing the flies away. Other than that, it's a lovely village with lovely pensions and aparments, and mainly kind people. Great location, stayed here on my way from Leogang and Kitzbühel visits and planned to drive to Großglockner in the morning. I think the area has a lot more to offer if you'd stay longer.

And if you have the chance to stay at this site, you will find a fully equipped charming house right next to the ski slope and plenty of toys for your kiddies. But best is the warm and friendly welcome from the host. Thank you. Tipp: Don't forget to reserve at a restaurant if you want to lunch or dinner. I suggest at Kröll in Niedernsill.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful since booking and during our stay. We stayed in a studio, but had all the needed comfort. The guesthouse rooms are nicely renovated, but the place still has a vintage charm that is shown through some preserved details and an authentic common room in the basement. Convenient location with a small ski slope reachable by foot and some bigger resorts just a short drive away. Would definately stay here again.TinaFamily with young children
