The owners were exceptional, nothing was to much trouble for them. They were very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the facilities were really good. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really good quality and there was plenty of food.

The outdoor swimming pool, the garden - we had it all for ourselves. it was lovely! the scenery around it is most peaceful and picturesque. Breakfast choices, freshness products.

The room and bathroom is nice and neat. Location is great. Gabi is helpful; checked out if there were activities for the next day as I did not have a phone to call out. Would like to stay here again, especially if I could get the same room.

Very nice and modernized rooms. Super good breakfast and extremely kind people. Close to bus and train stop making it easy to get to the slopes.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect
