Heidi and her lovely father were very friendly and caring and made us feel very welcome. And the breakfast was very tasty! Our room was gorgeous, and so wonderfully appointed, from teddy bears on the kids beds, an in-room sauna, to every kitchen gadget we needed! The staff was so lovely and helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend.
