We chose a guesthouse in the Alps near Brenner to spend the night after a tiring journey from southern Italy. It was a great choice - we should have stayed at the guesthouse for at least a few days. We liked the personal touch , the welcome shot of schnapps , the beautiful and stylish room in wood and with local decorations. And the views - unbelievable . Gschnits is deeper in the valley , which means more silence, almost no traffic and pure alpine nature literally steps away from the mountains. The room was comfortable , everything worked perfectly. Breakfast - don't hesitate to order it with your stay - plenty of everything and you'll be spoilt for choice. We also used the guesthouse for dinner - definitely try the beef goulash with dumplings from the lady of the house. As I was tired - I forgot to turn off the cool box in the car and in the morning our car didn't make a peep. Luckily the guys from Bergheimat threw us the starter cables and the car was purring happily again. We are planning to come back here next season for a longer time. Highly recommended.

Great location, skibus on the doorstep. You can daily order fresh bread and other goods from the bakery which was amazing. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet, has well equipped kitchen. The view was lovely. Staff very welcoming. We will be back

Very clean place with good breakfasts. It's very silent there at night and one can enjoy some nice views during day time. The host is very friendly and speaks very good English.
