Usually, I stay at bigger Hotels, but we rediscovered, how great it is to stay in a family-run hotel. We appreciated the host, location, fantastic view, sauna, cleanliness, and restaurant for dinners. The bus stop to Heliigenblut/Grossglockner ski area was actually in front of the ski depot room. Wifi worked excellently in my room. If we come back to the region, we come back to this accommodation!

Eventhough I arrived before 1pm and my room was not ready yet, host let me in and offered me tea while I was waiting my room to be ready. My stay was pleasant. Large and clean room with massive wooden furniture, obviously old, but in harmony with all of the building. Good restaurant, delicious food, good breakfast. Near the main road to Grossglockner but still quiet, the only sound is from the river flowing near the hotel. I liked it very much it gave me the feeling like it's 100 years ago

Warm-hearted guesthouse service. The Thursday BBQ night with music band by the host family was super impressive. Their restaurant cooks tasty dinners too.
