The owners were very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great, there was also the possibility to serve dinner at the location. The location has a ski room, fussball table, playroom for kids. The beds are large, the mattresses are very comfortable (with one exception).

I have found perfect place where to celebrate New Year alone. The owners were super nice and hospitable. My room for one person had majestic view on the mountains. Breakfast is really super and every day was different variety of homemade specialties. At NY night was possibility to order NY dinner, also was sauna (didn’t use). The town is in 15 minutes away from slopes (Kühtai) and if u stay from 2 nights you can ask Innsbruck card (bus is free than). Also there is authentic Austrian church, rudeln place and I would recommend to walk 1,5 km up mountains to Gleirschalm restaurant (pure love). Also I ve met local family in NY night with huge fire (Lissy host person) and they were so nice and fun with mulled wine))).

The apartment is really clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and has a great location, if you are skiing in Kühtai. It has a really nice terrace. There is a small supermarket opposite the apartment where you get the basics. A regular supermarket is 8-10 minutes away by car. The owner was great. We had a small issue in the kitchen and he came over right away to resolve it. All in all we had a really nice vacation.

She gave us good tips and she even lit up a fire in the cottage each day which was great coming back tired from the ski slopes. Also parking is right in front of the flat. There is a possibility to sit outside and enjoy your meal or coffee.
