great location, just off the main road Nairyan Street. Cosy room, comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast served in the room. Everything is newly built and very clean. Host is extremely friendly and always available, she speaks German&English!! Marshrutky place is just 5 min. walk away (corner Savat-Nova St). Entrance is from the back, but go to the dentist/beauty parlour in the front, it's them. They will know you're coming.

The location of the hotel is good. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had everything needed. The hotel has parking. Last but not least the hotel owner was very nice and friendly.

Good and spacious place with open view to the lake. Everything is fine then. Host didt speak English so we communicate via app and G translate, but she was very hospitable 😅

It's a bit far from the center and it's true that no lock on doors but is 100% safe and you live a unique experience with an Armenian family. I was lucky enough to be invited for a breakfast with friends and family guests and it was wonderful and everyone tries to help you even if you knowing Russian is less than basic. The children speak some English which short the gap and it is possible that some other Russian and English speaking guests can help you with communication and needs. I absolutely recommend this experience.

Aram is an excellent host, he carried us to the appartement from the airport even though we arrived at 3AM. The appartement itself is clean, well situated near the lake Sevan, everything was working properly and was comfortable. We enjoyed our trip to Sevan

Very kind host and big comfortable apartment! The host recommend us his favorite restaurant, which we reached in 5min walking and was awesome! We were communicating the whole day, because we changed our arrival time million times and he wasn't even mad. Very kind guy!
