It was a pleasure to stay at this lovely family house! Very friendly and caring owners, warm homy environment! Exceptionally clean. They have a nice cozy common area with a balcony upstairs, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Even though there was no air-conditioning (which is more or less fine, the house is well ventilated), they thoughtfully provided me with a fan ♥️ Would definitely recommend it!

A very nice family runs this guesthouse and made us feel very welcomed! The room and bathroom were very clean. Only 10 minutes walking to the center of Gyumri and there’s an excellent local restaurant nearby. We appreciated the coffee and fresh apricots on arrival! There’s a nice garden and covered area with a table to relax too.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The interior of the property was exquisitely decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. The property was conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian street with all the outdoor cafes… and then a short walk to the main city square.
