Everything was really,really great,from our arrival up until our departure.Xhefri and his wife are super nice people,ready to help you with everything you ask them,although they dont speak English.Apartment was great and clean,bed is comfy and the breakfast is top notch,different every day (eggs and sausages,toast bread,pancakes...).The vila has tables and chairs with natural shade which is very,very nice.You can get lunch and dinner in the vila next door for reasonable prices.You have private beach bar with really good prices of drinks.The place is made for good vacation,quiet and private and the private beach is fantastic,sea is crystal clear and very clean.If you want some night life Sarande is 5 min drive from the vila and beautiful Ksamil beaches (beach Pesqyrat and Bora Bora beach,for example) are 15-20 min ride from the vila. All in all,me and my wife are ovewhelmed with everything in vila Xhefri and we will be back next year,Im sure of it.You can easily fall in love with this place. It was very easy to find a parking spot. The host of the hotel is a friendly couple and they both welcomed us to the apartment. The room/bathroom were clean, the beds comfortable and it had a lot of light. In the room there was a small fridge which was very helpful and in the balcony a place to dry the clothes. The light of the bathroom didn't work and 2 days later they solved the issue. In the morning they served us an amazing breakfast with a lot of variety and traditional candies. We stayed 3 nights and ate 3 breakfasts which were always different from one to another.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Fabeno. Where to start? First of all, I'd like to talk about the staff: every single person is incredibly kind and helpful. The owner is so attentive, his wife and her extraordinary food, Christina the housekeeper who tries to do everything she can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The cleanliness was impeccable, the view absolutely breathtaking, the little private beach much appreciated, the restaurant with its fresh and tasty food, the idyllic location. Truly this place was my favorite in Albania. I couldn't come to Saranda again without visiting Fabeno. Just one thing to say: thank youuuuuuuuuuuu ♥️

The hosts are lovely and extremely kind people. The villa is beautiful with a nice small yard with lemon trees and the rooms are excellent and very clean. We had a wonderful time in villa Orkidea!

Rating for Kristina Bellavista B&B cannot be anything less than excellent for the following reasons: 1. Location: Close to Saranda center, yet far enough to skip the noisy music of the clubs. The best starting point to explore the Albanian Riviera from Ksamil to Himare. 2. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning of the room and changing of towels. 3. Room: Brand new room, super comfy bed, spotless bathroom, superb balcony with an unforgettable view of Saranda. 4. Breakfast: Mummy-style breakfast served on your balcony! 5. Kristina: The best host, always gentle & smiling.

The location of this accommodation is perfect if you prefer to stay in the downtown of Saranda. The apartment is big, bright and with a beautiful view. The hospitality is great and deserves any greatfulness. Despite the chaotic traffic situation in Saranda, the host will arrange a free parking slot for his guests. In general, I would warmly recommend this accommodation.
