The property consists of a main building and a converted tobacco warehouse, hosting in total 146 rooms and suites. All rooms are renovated and enriched with top-quality furnishings. Hotel’s facilities (outdoor pool is AMAZING) in general are fantastic. From the bar, outdoor lounge, pools, among others. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful without a doubt!

Offering free bike rental, Residence Bartolini is just 400 metres from the Terme di Saturnia hot springs and Golf Club. It features a garden with gazebo and BBQ facilities. I was travelling by public transport so it was a little tricky to find, but with the help of Googlemaps I got there and it was a pleasant walk (2ms) from the bus-stop. Mattheo the host met me and he drove me up to the village (another 2kms - a pleasant walk, as I discovered the next day, but it was getting dark ...) so I could buy food to cook. He also arranged for his father to give me a lift back. So I was very happy about that as I had been a bit uncertain about how I was going to eat that night ... all was well. Olive oil, wine and honey produced on the family land was supplied, and they were all absolutely delicious. Some coffee and tea was also provided. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a pair of scissors ...! Otherwise, everything was perfect. It is not luxury accommodation in material terms - the furniture was quite basic and spartan - but everything was clean and functional. The location is absolutely superb - just a ten minute walk to the natural hot springs and another short walk to the big hotel where you can luxuriate all day in the pools and lounge in the sauna there - and all of it in a beautiful, well-kept natural setting. There is a small garden front and back of the accommodation where one might sit if the sun were shining - though unfortunately it rained most of the time I was there. Nonetheless, a very pleasant stay.

Offering free bike rental and a furnished patio, Agriturismo Podere Sant’Antonio is set in its garden in Magliano in Toscana. It features country-style rooms, and Wi-Fi plus parking are both free. I would live there. Cleanliness was excellent! Bed was extra comfortable. There is a large green field which gives extra relaxation. Host is cooking the breakfast from top to bottom, you can smell fresh cakes from kms away. And it was not only one type but at least 5. All are very delicious. I love it and will plan another trip there.

Set on Monte Argentario in the Tuscan Maremma, this restored hunting lodge offers a summer outdoor pool and a garden. All elegant rooms come with air conditioning and an LCD TV. We loved the beautifully restored Tuscany farmhouse set in beautiful gardens. The hosts were very helpful. Lovely breakfast included which we enjoyed on the back terrace overlooking the gardens. Also gluten free products were available for my partner who is a coeliac.

Surrounded by vineyards, Le Sodole is located on the Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence. This small family resort offers beautiful views, and unique self-catering accommodation in rustic style. The Restaurant had a great menu and super wine. The location was remote so it is not advisable taking public transport but to rent a car.

Offering a garden and garden view, B&B Casa Decimo is set in Greve in Chianti, 14 km from Piazzale Michelangelo and 14 km from Ponte Vecchio. This place is a little gem, and I wish we had time to stay longer! It's ideal as a base to go and explore Florence while staying surrounded by nature and quietness, wander through the countryside postcards' views, or simply unwind in their lovely house & garden. The owners truly went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and pampered, and every detail was well looked after. The stylish private room has an independent entrance. It's spacious and super clean, with mosquito nets on the windows. Even without using AC, we enjoyed fresh nights of rested sleep during a hot Italian summer. We particularly enjoyed the mattress and the sheets! Such a pleasure after long days of walking and driving. In the morning, indulge in a delightful breakfast experience! An authentic Italian breakfast featuring delicious homemade cakes, muffins, cookies, and more of the highest quality. It's one of the best we had, enjoyed in their peaceful and charming garden. It was the best way to start the day! Last but not least. Don't forget to ask Giuseppe where to eat and explore during your stay. As a local and well-travelled around the world, he knows all the hidden gems out of the usual tourist traps. We appreciated his insider and valuable tips!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated B&B Il Mulino features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Great host, spacious apartment, comfy beds, nice breakfast. Also it's good that there is a washing machine in the place. Thank you!

We loved everything about this rental!! Magdalena has done a great job restoring this beautiful farmhouse. She was extremely helpful in restaurant suggestions and other things to do. Would definitely book again if we are back in Italy. My husband loved the dog…
