The property is non-smoking and is situated 4.5 km from St-John's Anglican Church. Very impressive that a 21 year old built and ran the cottage. The bed slept good and we enjoyed him having coffee for us. His mother came to lock the gate to keep our car safe and we enjoyed talking with her. I hate we could not see her garden.

Our Hosts were also exceptional - helpful with directions, friendly. would have stayed longer but we had to get back home in Ontario. Will book back here again as soon as we can arrange the time to meet with our family again.

The Silver Dart Lodge is located 1 mile from both the Bell Bay Golf Course and the Alexander Graham Bell Museum. We stayed for 9 nights to attend the Celtic Colours Festival so we needed our chalet to be a home-from-home and it delivered. It looks as if it has been fairly recently refurbished. The location was central for all the venues we visited. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. The Laundromat was open 24 hours, which was great for the strange hours we kept! And the views when we opened the curtains in the morning……
