Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, cheeses, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, and more. Great restaurant across the street.

All the people there were looking for how to make us feel better. Truly exceptional. Location is about 5-10 min from Nassfeld millenium express by car, ski bus is also available.

This guesthouse in Bad Kleinkirchheim is just 100 metres from the Kaiserburgbahn Cable Car and 50 metres from the Römerbad Thermal Spa. It offers spacious rooms with a balcony and flat-screen cable... Great location(ski in- ski out), friendly owners, great breakfast. Strong recommendation. We will for sure come back.

Absolutely perfect! - Spotless clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. - Decoration of the apartment and exterior of the house is very special. - Coutyard around the house is a beautuful garden with places for breakfast, rest, sports...View from our appartment was incredible. We saw roe deers and pheasants walking and playing around the property. - Location of the house is very close to Lake Klopein (the warmest lake in Europe). - The most important thing is that Neda and Willi are the most frendly, helpful and welcoming people. Neda made our stay very special. We are happy to come back again and definitely recomend this house to anyone looking to visit this spectacular lake in beautiful Austria.

It was easily accessible, on the lake with great view of sunset. the food was great, especially the breakfast was very healthy. loved the saunas and the pool. they have a great calendar of events they offer or are available in the neighborhood. it is a very well run hotel and very caring management and staff.

Surrounded by a large park, the Prägant is located in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, opposite the Römerbad Thermal Spa and the Kaiserburg Cable Car. Everything was wonderful. The breakfasts and especially the dinners were great. Exceptionally good spa area. Attentive and responsive staff
