Everything ,what a location ,you open the Back (room) door onto a Golf Course ,but what a view ,OMG ,rolling Hills ,birds chirping ,the Golf Course ,the SKY was so beautiful ,it was the BEST place on our entire 17 day trip to South Africa ,Sadly we should have planned for 2-3 days ,just to Sit and relax ,the Hosts ,live on the premise and they took care of us ,the house is so beautiful ,with their collections of artifacts ,pipes ,guitars ,etc etc . The Hosts are an awesome couple ,always ready to help . Amazing place .

The location is away from the hustle and bustle of busier waterfront properties, yet a short 5 minute drive to the center of Hermanus where all of the best restaurants and whale viewing spots are. We told the staff that it was my daughter’s birthday and they made such an extra special effort for her at breakfast on her big day!

The fantastic beach is only 2 minutes drive away, the golf course, about 5 minutes and the centre of town, about 10 minutes. We had a very large room with our own courtyard, and the view from the villa's lounge was simply spectacular. It was a real pleasure to meet Veronica and her team, and we couldn't recommend the Whale Coast Ocean Villa more highly. We would very happily stay here again.

Decor is great and there are many little extras available like soaps, board games, puzzles and books, and even use of boogie boards if we wanted them. It is conveniently located for the beach, going into Hermanus CBD, the golf course and other areas like Stanford. Plenty of parking and a lockup garage and alarm available too. It is definitely wheelchair friendly too. Great value for money. Very spacious inside.

The flat was spotless and so was the rest of the property. Was close to the best beaches and spar and across the road is the Hermanus Golf club .
