Location was very quiet. Easy access to beach area and shopping. Layout and cleanliness was exceptional! Great area for biking. Would highly recommend. Communications after booking were great… check in was easy.

Fantastic views from this condo. Excellent location. Nicely decorated unit, very clean, kitchen is updated and well equipped. The king bed has a very comfortable mattress. End unit condo. For a beach condo we felt this unit had nice private balcony space. Next condo building can see you from their tinted side windows but their balconies are further front facing so you really can't see anyone on their balcony. A coin laundry, $1 each load, is available for the building. Not used by us during the visit but available are twin beds, mini-splits for AC in each room, dehumidifier, beach chairs and umbrella. We own a seasonal rental on Cape Cod so we are highly observant of rental properties; we would definitely stay here again!
