Everything is very tastefully designed, despite being a large hotel you don’t have the feeling and it almost feels boutique, location in the castle and views over Palma are awesome, we played a lot of golf and the hotel was very supportive in getting tee times etc, golf courses close by are amazing, beds extremely comfortable, service very friendly and as professional as you would expect for a 5* hotel

部屋の広さ、サービス、部屋からの景色、併設されているSPA、全てが最高でした！ サービスもすごく良くて、また泊まりたいと思えた素敵なホテルでした。立地も市街からは少し離れているものの、バスですぐに行き来できるので、不自由なく過ごせました。 また、SPAのサウナの種類の多さも凄くて楽しかったです。 まさかマヨルカでサウナに入れるなんて思ってもいなかったのでリラックスできてとっても良かったです。

I am not a golf player but I chose this hotel due to the location which was a very smart choice. I enjoyed the very well kept gardens, the quiet sunset, the view from my room was the best I have ever had from any hotel. I simply fell in love with Sheraton Mallorca. Thank you. It breaks my heart I have to wait till I see my balcony view again in June 2024 :)

I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Super friendly staff. Breakfast and Dinner buffet style with a huge variety off stuff. Amazing
