Located 1 km from the centre of Avanos district, Kapadokya Organik Ciftlik Evi is a certified organic farm. The property has a beautiful green garden and an outdoor pool. My travel companion and I visited Türkiye for 13 days and the breakfast at Kapadokya Organik Ciftlik Evi (Kapor) went unparalleled that whole time. Menemen with farm-fresh eggs, five kinds of tomatoes, four kinds of cheese, fresh-cut greens, and savory pastries. We were invited to also pick whatever fruit we felt like eating. We went in October, so plums, apples, and grapes were all in season. Walnuts were also given to us in great abundance. Tea, coffee and drinking water were available 24/7 at the treehouse/bar/outdoor dining area. The manager and hosts were warm, gregarious, and very attentive to our needs. They offered rides wherever we needed to go. A bonus was getting to see the sun-rise with all the hot-air balloons from Kapor's roof deck. Also, they have several, sweet dogs that roam about the property. They have a nice-sized pool, but it was too cold to swim in by October.
