We loved staying for 3 nights with Caroline, her dogs and her horses. We wish that it had been longer. Caroline is an amazing woman and an inspiration. Her home and gardens are beautiful and in a perfect location outside of the city for exploring Sao Miguel and when coming from or going to the airport. Coffee, tea, cookies and fruit were always available.

The Convento de São Francisco is a built in a 17th century Franciscan convent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the cleaning staff did a great job everyday!

A former summer house, Quinta da Abelheira offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a large lawn area. It is located in Fajã de Baixo, 4 km from Ponta Delgada, in Azores. the view and the rooms are amazing

The Quinta de Santa Clara is a cozy property, 22 km from the famous Lagoa do Fogo, the highest lagoon in São Miguel Island. the host is super friendly and helpful. it feels that you are welcome! also the apartment is fresh and clean and cozy - we loved it! there is a garden outside with fresh fruits and salads and also an amazing pool area.
