The old quinta is a true gem and the apartment felt very homely, with all the neat and well selected decoration, the nice wooden floors and the harmonic ambience. Beautiful views and a lush garden, also a great location to explore all parts of the island, the best spots for hot volcanic baths are also very close! We stayed with a four year old and a little baby and would say its a perfect spot to travel with your family and will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

This picturesque property nestled in a rural town. we enjoyed rainbows, cows and goats on rolling hills, and a beautiful sunset. A uniquely stay with charm, relaxation we needed post wedding!

Situated in Ponta Delgada and only 11 km from Pico do Carvao, Monte Ingles features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Absolutely everything. We loved staying for 3 nights with Caroline, her dogs and her horses. We wish that it had been longer. Caroline is an amazing woman and an inspiration. Her home and gardens are beautiful and in a perfect location outside of the city for exploring Sao Miguel and when coming from or going to the airport. Coffee, tea, cookies and fruit were always available.

The Convento de São Francisco is a built in a 17th century Franciscan convent. Det var store rom, og det var veldig rent og pene rom. Flotte bygninger, både inne og ute. Store felles arealer. Badebasseng i hagen. Veldig god juice og ananas til frokost. Rengjøringspersonale og damene i frokostsalen var veldig hyggelig. Gode parkeringsmuligheter og grei beliggenhet.

A former summer house, Quinta da Abelheira offers an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a large lawn area. It is located in Fajã de Baixo, 4 km from Ponta Delgada, in Azores. Fint basseng med veldig flinkt personale i baren, god frokost, rolig og rent.

The Quinta de Santa Clara is a cozy property, 22 km from the famous Lagoa do Fogo, the highest lagoon in São Miguel Island. This accommodation is a perfect place if you want to have on one hand peace and quiet in the morning/evening and on the other, a very convenient starting point to travel around the island. It is very spacious, air-conditioned and nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. You have access to the pool and sunbeds and a washing machine. Each apartment has its own terrace. Towel service is provided daily, together with dark towels for the beach/ hot water places around the island. There is a daily cleaning service. They give you a welcome carton of milk and some local bread. A bottle of filtered water is also provided daily. You have a tea/coffee set as well. They have a couple of orange trees in the garden, but it was not the season for oranges when we stayed there. But we did use lettuce and herbs to our salds every morning! Paulo Roberto who introduced us to the place, is very professional, helpful and resourceful! He gave us all the necessary tourist info and tips how to get the most out of the island as we were really into visiting every corner of Sao Miguel. Communication process was very smooth and effective; Paulo responded immediately to all our messages before our stay. There is enough space for everybody to park the car and it is conveniently located - just a quick drive from the airport, the center of Ponta Delgada, a supermarket, a pineapple plantation and some beaches. The one we recommend is Agua d'Alto Beach in the south of the island. We are definitely going to come back, especially that we had 11 sunny days on Sao Miguel, which added up to our amazing experience! Thank you!
