The owners and the staff are among the nicest people that I’ve ever met during decades of Travel. I would recommend that anybody visiting Lisbon should make the hour and a half drive to experience the magic of this place. I did not have time to get an international drivers license before we arrive so I was taken down Lisbon by car once there these people made sure they fed, transported, and taken care of in every way possible. I feel like I made friends for life in a few amazing days.

The location and hotel was absolutely beautiful!! Staff was incredible, best hospitality anyone could ask for!! Breakfast was perfect. Wonderful staff with lots of recommendations, beautifully furnished room, air-con, wonderful dogs, incredibly comfortable beds. Gorgeous salty pool.

Offering a garden and garden view, Herdade Monte Novo Do Pocinho is located in Cercal, 16 km from Pessegueiro Island and 19 km from Sao Clemente Fort. Quiet and peaceful. The farm animals were nice. A truly lovely rural setting. Clean and the hostess was very friendly.
