the location is exceptional the garden and the pool are are an oasis of tranquility where you can enjoy fairly priced drinks and wines from the house (amazing sunset) the personnel is super friendly and their service level is high

Location far away from anything. So for part of people it will be beneficial, for rest not. At least, market is 5 min away (by car!!) as well a lot of great beaches. Please buy olive oil and taste it with local food. Take a lot of long walks along the olive trees!

Our room was large with a large private terrace that overlooked the pool. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well laid out. The pool area is well maintained and a comfortable place to relax. The restaurant has good food and the service is excellent. If you have a car the location is perfect for exploring the area and we often went into Lecce for dinner and to enjoy the nightlife.

the property is a beautifully restored masseria with a new swimming pool. the farm building is sited in a very large wooded area with lots of olive and fruit trees. You are invited to walk the estate and enjoy the wonderful surroundings.
