authentic family run. great hospitality. mountain experience. we loved their house wine! an old mountain style cabin. we took the family room. everything was clean despite it being vintage. constant hot water and comfortable beds. enjoyable mountain views from the balcony.

The views of Lake Como were incredible. Sitting well above the road, the only real man-made sounds were the distant boats and faint church bells from across the lake. We loved the stillness, especially at night. It was great to meet the actual owner, and his daughter was most helpful communicating with us leading up to, and during, our stay. It was just a short drive to Bellagio and ever shorter to other ferry locations. Watching the two donkeys wander the property was pretty cool too.

Everything! The property is beautiful, with great outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was outstanding! Fantastic host!! Be sure and get directions from property, it was a little tricky.

Delicious and locally produced dinner, amazing view and tranquil location. The room was spotlessly clean, and everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful time there, and the accommodation definitely surpassed our expectations.
