Our hosts provided over-phone guidance as we were looking for their small country road half-way between Pula and the sea-shore before making us feel at home from the very start. Their amazing kindness is matched only by the beauty of the flowery terrasse that hosts the dining table (our host's mother is a superb cook, which was also one of the many pleasant surprises). Magnificent view of the sea about 1km away and easy access to the Norra Phoenician and roman archeological center and the region's best beaches.

Corte degli Ulivi is a gem. Settled in between olive trees, the place has luxurious spotless rooms with large common kitchen and dining area. Marco, the host in charge, is extremely helpfull, attentive and knowledgeable. And don't even get me started on the breakfast: local specialties, home made cakes and bread...need I say more? If you get a chance to stay here, do not miss out!
