The strong points of Pian Del Tevere are (1) its fantastic surrounding scenery - a plane of farmland with a lot of space and green fields; (2) the beautiful villa in which are the accommodating rooms; (3) the great (and fenced) pool; and (4) Luciana - the hostess who was great and gave us lovely service. The location is also great because all Umbria's key attractions are a maximum of 1 hour away. I highly recommend this place for families that want a relaxed vacation.

Lovely small agriturismo development with three rental units. We had the largest one with two bedrooms and three bathrooms - space for additional beds downstairs as well, though we did not need them. Franco & Luciana were delightful hosts and looked after us very well. The whole place is absolutely immaculate and generally pretty well-equipped. Luciana provided excellent breakfasts with fresh pastries each morning. Everything was very comfortable and we really enjoyed staying here.
