Monica was our best host by far! She and her daughter were so friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for anything more. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. There was aircon in all rooms. Great pool area and games field for the kids (they didn't want to leave). Wished we could have stayed longer!

Amazing staff, helped us out with stuff they didn’t have to and made our stay incredibly comfortable. Room was very clean and bigger than we expected. Pool was big enough and clean. We had a lovely two nights at the tenuta!

The location is remote, so you will need a car. On the plus side, the owner (Federico) and his family could not do enough to help you. If you are after peace and quiet or a central location to explore Umbria from, this is the best place to be.

Comfortable house in an authentic farm. Even with language barrier, the host is great, kind, very friendly. The host brings bread, yogurt, cold cuts (ham, salami, etc.), eggs, home-made cake, juice and water every evening for next day's breakfast.
