We effectively had a “rustic farmhouse” in the middle of a working vineyard with views of Mt Etna. It was quiet, and calm and very pleasant interlude before continuing our explorations of Sicily.

Beautiful country villa in wine country. We had a wonderful stay at this agriturismo In mid-september. The two sisters who hosted us were very kind and helpful, including with reservations and wine tastings. The feeling is relaxed and comfortable, and the house is right in the middle of vineyards with fruit trees, birds and friendly outdoor cats. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet everything was clean. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. It felt like staying with a relative in Sicily! A highlight of our 2 week trip.

Franco and his family were exceptional hosts. Very welcoming and personable. We enjoyed the surrounding countryside and working farm/vineyard. We especially appreciated the foods grown and produced on the property, i.e., the wines, olive oil, cheeses, salumi, jams/compotes, salad ingredients, desserts made by Franco's wife. Our dinners were all excellent and the service excellent. We would highly recommend the Borgo to anyone who truly desires an isolated country destination, yet easy drive to Mt. Etna, nearby towns of Linguaglossa and Randazzo.

The Place is amazing and all the persons working there are family that makes you feel at home. Loved it. The best assurance for the food is what the owner told us: “we are going to eat the same that we serve you”

It was in the most stunning rural location with Etna in sight. No light pollution endless birdsong. Peaceful and calming. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. It was simple and blissful with a delicious breakfast.
