My wife and I have traveled extensively and this stay was our absolute favoritre from our travels! The scenery is breathtaking, nestled hillside overlooking the countryside below. The owner, Giulio, has perfected the art of hospitality. Our rental car broke down a short way from the vinyard and Giuloi dropped everything on a Monday night at 11:30 and came out to get us. He then arranged for the car to get fixed. The rest of the stay was flawless, amaxing food and service, everything was clean, and as mentioned before, just stunning views. Recommend for anyone in the area!

Very well maintained property. We stayed in a villa for 2 families. The pool is very big as well as there is a grass entrance to the lake. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help.

Nydelige rom med alt du kan tenke deg av god plass, deilig seng og flott bad. Alt er beholdt og restaurert i original stil. Moderne, helhetlig og fint. Suveren service og oppfølging. Herlig bassengområde, rent, pent og med gode solsenger og stoler. Ikke mange rom, så dette er et stille og rolig sted med særdeles god restaurant. Den lille byen Tuoro bare 500 meter unna, har akkurat det som trengs for en autentisk middag og litt ekte italiensk stemning. 25 minutters kjøretur unna Cortona - en av Italias flotteste byer.

It's a nice accommodation in old Italian borough at the top of the hill above the Trasimeno Lake, close to the border between Toscana and Umbria. The old stone houses are well renovated, the views from the windows and from the terrace on the borough walls and from the pool are spectacular. The apartment was comfortable, in Italian way cosy and well equipped. You need a car to get there and to get to the closest cities and supermarkets/stores. At the feet of the hill there is however a really nice, stylish bar Ghiottoneria, were you can get fast walking down the stairs to have your delicious Italian breakfast in the morning, as well as some kind of supper in the evening, and some local delicacies too. And of course a good wine.

We were welcomed so graciously and kindly! A little extra surprise and special touch was wine and chocolate waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment itself was very well stocked and even nicer than the photos. The view was the absolute best part - beyond our expectations! We had an incredible stay!
