spotless clean. owners are beyond friendly, helpful, simply wonderful. simply the best. better than all the rest that we have experienced in Italy. we weren’t prepared and didn’t bring any food with us, however the owners prepared a feast for us which was amazing. they organized a transport for us to and from the train station. the stay wast the most comfortable and easy. we fell in love with the place and Natalia and Andrea and their family and we wish to come back.

Beautiful surroundings, lots of space, very clean and well decorated. AMAZING food in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend eating there. The food was delicious, and local + the short menu to have everything fresh.

After a long days walking we were very happy to arrive at accommodation. Set in lovely scenery and surroundings. The meal & wine provided was excellent and amazing value for money.

We LOVED everything about this place! Franco and Paola were the most wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts and the house and rooms are absolutely stunning. After a long day's hiking on the Via Degli Dei, Franco very kindly offered to pick us up in Monzuno to bring us to the house, he was so friendly and kind. We had amazing rooms with comfy beds and hot showers. We ate the most delicious home cooked meal in the restaurant, very fresh ingredients, amazing clementinas! Franco also took us back to our route the next day after a lovely breakfast and taught us a lot about the local area. We can't wait to back!

It was absolutely fantastic, very warm and welcoming young woman behind the desk. It is situated in a renovated farm and it was absolutely lovely. It’s a great getaway from a big city and it’s onlu half an hour by car from Bologna. I would recommend this to all the nature lovers who long for a getaway from the big city. Very important too, it was very clean and tidy. We got anhuge room even though we were only the two of us. Hoping to be able to return here in the winter. I also got to pet their adorable kitty so bonus points for that.

The views are amazing!! The room was clean and very comfortable. We had dinner, which was exquisite and breakfast was good as well. The owners and their staff were very nice to us. They showed us around their winery, which was really interesting. We had their wine, soo good!! 🍷🍷!The tranquility.an views are outstanding. We would love to come back again for a couple of nights and discover this place more. Thank you 😊
