We booked this accommodation last minute a day before we arrived as we were travelling without a fix plan. The moment we arrived we fell in love with the property and extended for one more night immediately. Dario and his mother welcomed us dearly and it was even possible for us to check in earlier, during the 20 minute wait for the room we were offered orange juice (one of the best we have ever had) and homemade pastries and we were given some tips about things we can do in the area. The room was spacious with everything you need and immaculately clean. The bed was made every day while we were away. One of the best breakfast experiences we have ever had! Everything homemade and locally grown and unbelievably delicious! Dario told us about a wine tasting at the winery 5 minutes away which we attended. For us it was the best Tuscan experience you could get! He even helped me out with organising a cake for my husbands birthday! Such great hospitality which really come from the heart. You should check out Saturnia when in this region! (we left at 4:30 and were there at 5 in the morning before all the crowds arrive! Amazing experience). There are some nice beaches about 30-45 minutes drive away as well. We will never forget the three nights at this property. Thank you so much Dario!

It was a wonderful place in the middle of the Tuscany/Grosseto/Maremma. We could easily reach different cities, the sea, the cascate del molino (Saturnia falls) by car and experience a lot of different activities. The host was wonderfully helpful and openheartet and careful! And so was the breakfast every morning :-) The place itself is very clean and in a nice and calm area.
