EVERYTHING about this wonderful place exceeding our expectations. I even think we had the best apartment. The view? Beautiful silver fields of gold. Olive trees. The apartment had everything we needed especially because I love to cook breakfast and eat on a lovely veranda surrounded by flora and a view of the valley. The best part were the two owners. Husband and wife. My husband is a lover of good wine and they did have their own house Chianti. The lady of the house was charming and had really nice conversations with us also letting us in about the American cemetery down the road which we visited. But the biggest surprise was when we decided to eat at the property. I have never in my life seen such huge steaks. The four course meal was better than any Italian restaurant we´ve visited in Italy and this is no lie. Overall, I wish we were staying longer. This was a piece of heaven on earth in Italy. The grounds were exceptionally well kept and beautiful! Camille was gracious and kind when receiving us at Check-in and very knowledgable during the wine tasting. The property is beyond what I expected, and not a far trip from Florence, and is a 3minute drive to the Circolo Golf L'Ugolino (oldest golf course in Italy). Camille was generous to WhatsApp information on directions to property and suggestions for dinner in the nearby town ahead of arrival. There was a bbq area available to us, a playground set for the children, and a ping pong table for fun! The pool was too cold to get into but the lounge furniture was perfect for watching the sunset and basking in the sun.

Deborah is amazing as a host so helpful. The house is beautiful well equipped you have everything you need. All the towns are near by. You definitely need a car here. The view the house and the host all were superb. I definitely recommend staying here I dint feel like leaving.

Everything was amazing. Perfect garden getaway, a short drive/ bus ride outside of Florence city centre. We roamed the property gardens every night with a bottle of wine restocked by staff. Anything we wanted and needed - we got. Breakfast in the morning was the perfect way to start the day and the staff were so sweet. Biggest thanks to Angelo, Lisa and Becky the cat (who visited us every morning and stayed for us as we lounged during the day). Great recommendations from staff and so so peaceful. Will definitely be back and will tell our friends hunting for the perfect Florence stay! Thank you!!!
