The view is very beautiful and the location is very good. We liked the working people and the founding philosophy of the hotel. breakfast was very good. There is a ramp that goes up the mountain close to the hotel.

Gilberto and his family are fantastic hosts - it was a pleasure to meet them all. We were made welcome the minute we arrived. The location is superb; easy to reach and set in the tranquil countryside with wonderful views. The house is lovely and in keeping with the setting; the room was comfortable. We had dinner there and the food (and drink!) were exceptional and good value. Breakfast was also good with a large selection of items. We only stayed one night but will definitely return for a longer stay.

We stayed with our dog at this wonderful farmhouse for 5 days. It's the perfect location, close to the highway, to explore the historic cities of Umbrië such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and a lot more. Also the lake of Trasimeno was easily to reach. it's a beautiful located farmhouse, on the top of a hill and in the middle of the nature with a great view on the country. The accommodation itself is absolutely perfect, with great rooms and a unique breakfast- and dining-room. We enjoyed a room with a kitchen, a living room and a separate bed- and bathroom. Everything we needed was available. The farmhouse is very dog friendly, as the owner has to very sweet dogs himself. The Agriturismo is run by Andrea and his mother Rose, two extremely sweet, friendly and helpful people, always prepared to give you advise on anything you need. They have their own small restaurant, mainly for the overnight guests. The food (produced from their own land) is just fabulous. Rose is a wonderful cook and clearly prepared the diners with lots of love. We couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely come back here. We're very grateful to Andrea and Rose and wish them very well.

The property was spacious and airy, with double glazing and mosquito gauzes. And large tea cups! Our hostess was welcoming and charming.
