If you're looking for a place with 17 cats, this is a place with 17 cats. I love cats. Rucola was the best. Feed her a little ham at breakfast as a treat. Incredibly friendly and knowledgable staff. Cristina gave us fantastic recommendations for Modica.

Without a doubt this makes it to one of the most accomodating Agriturismo we have ever been to. Nanni had our stay on silver plate. Anna's breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very clean, and clearly recently renovated, with memory foam mattresses and accomodating our 1.5 year old with a proper cot. Many cats roaming outside the area which are very well kept and fed, nonetheless the very sweet resident cat Balu who never fails to come say hi during breakfast Will definitely go again !!

We have stayed in Villa Gianina during the Easter holidays of 2024 with two teen kids. The place is very charming, clean with excellent views to the lemon garden around you . The host's hospitality and availability to assist is much appreciated. This place is well located and suits to those you want to relax from busy life in the big urban city. Sea and the beach is close by (we had a rental car). The location of villa s good to commuting to lovely little cities around this place. We would highly recommend the place and the owner who made us feel at home! Greetings from Brussels!

The accommodation was great. We loved the surrounding areas with the space with the grass and the playground because the kids could run free and had a lot of space to play. We also had some picnics with our friends! The pool was also great. Our room (2 bedrooms) very spacious and comfortable. They were cleaning our room every day. Tina was very nice and friendly and made our stay very nice. The breakfast also was very nice with nice variety. Alma the dog was the greatest “babysitter” for our kids hehe. She is a great and calm dog. Distance is great from all the surroundings of interest, such as cities Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa, the beach etc. We really recommend this place for your stay.

1. Definitelly the garden with variety of herbs and plants is the strongest point plus cleanliness of the appartment. 2. Spacious swimming pool is a big plus. 3. The host was around to help in answering our questions, giving guidances whta to see or providing additional stuff like beach umbrellas, wine glasses or another frying pan. 4. Proximity to the sea and beaches within 7-minute drive. Our favorite beach was one with dunes located at https://goo.gl/maps/GWW5YNQEPSPUneZ38 or coordinates: 36.715811, 14.756162 though there was no bar in there, so drinks and snacks had be selfmade or bought in advance. Lovely location. Very quiet and lot of space to relax. Great for families and couples. Great that we can use fridge and kitchen. Breakfast was good quality

The atmosphere in the house was amazing, you can feel the "old soul" of this house. It's a very comfortable place for a group. Everything was clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking dinner especially with some homemade tomatoes sauce that the owner left for us. It's a place where you can forget that the outside world exists. Quiet, peaceful but also close to Scicly or Modica. There is a private parking place outside the house and two bathrooms that increase the comfort. I totally recommend it.
