Staff was very accommodating and flexible to our needs and changed our room with one at the ground floor so our old dog didn’t need to climb the star. Thank you so much. The place is also a paradise with the forest nearby. Food was excellent (amazing truffle gnocchi!)

The location is excellent for those who are looking for relative accessibility to the airport, but are looking for a special experience, and not sleeping right inside the airport. Highly recommend!
