The room was so beautiful and super cozy. The mini fridge was full of free food when I arrived (sándwich, water, chocolates) and the bed was super confortable. The view from the bungalows is just insane. The owner Leonardo is super friendly and always willing to help you with everything you need. I definitely recommend this place!

The room was very clean and the host kind and friendly. We especially loved the area that was created for breakfast. The grounds were lovely and we were able to walk around and relax. I was actually able to wash a couple of things and hang them on the clothesline outside. We were fairly close to Ancona and spent the day visiting around the city. Great find!

La habitación es muy comoda y muy acogedora. Tiene todo lo necesario y está impecable! El desayuno es espectacular, gourmet, atendido por un señor, que no recuerdo el nombre..., que es muy amable! El lugar es precioso, las habitaciones están en una casa antigua refaccionada con muy buen gusto, en un viñedo. A pocos metros, están la bodega, el restaurant y la pizzeria. Los 3 lugares espectaculares!!! El entorno es muy tranquilo y en 10 minutos podes llegar a la playa o la ciudad

Location excellent - close to Portonovo beach, the National Park and Ancona only 10 minutes away. The family who operate this business were extremely accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. We met the entire family from the original owners to the son and daughter in law and their son. We found the whole experience just great. We will be back to stay a little longer next visit. The restaurant food and breakfasts were all locally produced. and great value for money, as were the wines.

The facility was very good and had quite a unique design of the guest apartments. The idea of naming them by names of various flowers of that area looked very appealing. Moreover the interior design of rooms was matching the colors of those flowers. Everything was very clean and fresh. Even though coffee machines were not provided in every apartment, there was a shared very sophisticated coffee machine in the lobby. Making a few steps for getting fresh espresso in the morning was not a problem. There was a sufficient parking provided. This was very important for us since we were traveling by car. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The internet was not bad, but we experienced a number of times when it was not available. The hosts were cordial and helpful. The location of the property was convenient. It's located away of the busy city center, but not far. We went to the Ancona downtown a few times and were able to reach one of the parking places in 8-10 minutes. This property is located very close to the SP1 road, which is important in reaching places like Loretto, Portonovo, Numana, Sirolo and Porto Recanati all of which we visited. Loretto is astonishingly beautiful and interesting. Ancona was also quite interesting city with the very long history stretching to Roman times. We visited a few impressive museums in the downtown.

The location is very nice and quite and pretty close to the city by car. I very much appreciated the cleanliness and the refined and simple furnishing. Isabella is very kind, warm and welcoming and made us feel home!
