Situated in south Devon and less than 4 miles west of the estuary town of Salcombe, Burton Farmhouse is a 15th Century farmhouse. Set on a 365 acre sheep farm it offers free on-site parking.
Rooms at Burton Farmhouse feature wooden flooring and furnishings and are decorated with neutral colours. They all feature a TV and an en suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The honeymoon Suite features a four-poster bed.

Very attractive room with smart, modern bathroom. Small village with excellent local pub, walkable from the property. Very rural location with small lanes to access property. It was very clean and comfortable, surrounded by natural beauty, and close to the nearby beaches (15 minutes ride). Joan is a hardworking person and we enjoyed hearing the stories of the house and the land from her.

The farm house is as you would expect, not modern but the room was clean had a good bed with coffee tea facilities and a fridge.

The room is large and comfy with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast choices are good and the host is very welcoming. Great base for enjoying walks around Devon. Kingsbridge is a nice small town within a short walk with a good range of independent shops. I can highly recommend both La Ranchera and Dream restaurants for delicious meals and nice atmosphere.
