The house is located at the edge of St Andrä - a quiet area a little bit off the most popular routes, but with a car Tamsweg is just 4 minutes away. The apartment itself (better called as flat, actually) occupies the whole top floor - it's huge. 3 separate rooms (6 beds altogether), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub and large mirror - and there's even a terrace with a view. Abundant packing space, endless amount of wardrobes and drawers - should suffice even for a smaller football team 😃 And the rock solid and broadband WiFi - worked flawlessly through the 4 days and nights, despite we are heavy users. The very kind owners live downstairs and happy to help in any case. As they have cattle, we were offered fresh milk every morning and it was very-very delicious. Being a farm accommodation, the kids could pet the calf and enjoyed chasing the 3 cats, too. The beds were comfy, it's a personal taste that I prefer the tougher ones and my bed here was a bit on the softer side - it's not negative at all, your milage may vary. The nights and the mornings were quiet, nothing should prevent you from a proper sleep. We arrived by car and parking was easy in the garden, right next to the entrance. The owners are able to offer you the Lungau card (for free!), which was life changing, being there with kids: a handful of local attractions (many of them within 15 minutes drive) are accessible with it for free and it meant a significant saving for us. We had amazing time in this super comfy flat, would return anytime without thinking.

Amazing people, amazing apartment. Cant find the level of hospitality and facilities with that price anywhere in Austria. Would definitely recommend this! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Phenomenal.

We liked the authentic and the cozy apartment setup. The hosts family is super kind and friendly. Location is perfect if you want to check out the ski resorts in the Lungau area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back again. Greetings to the Kocher family!

Andrea and her family are more than great hosts. She was so kind and helpful, I can not even count the several small things she did for us. The flat is also very comfortable, nice, well equipped for 4 person. Great location close to the wonderful city. Also tchibo capsule coffee mashine, which is an extra :)

The "deluxe apartment" above the wellness looked as new with excellent and new-looking kitchen equipment. The living room was huge with great view to the mountains. The wellness is also great, looks new as well. Heidi, the owner is a very friendly person, she showed as the animals around the house (cows, sheeps, chicken, rabbits). The accomodation absolutely deserves the 4 sunflower mark! There are many ski areas within 10-15 km. Also there is a bike route just other side of the road, with a nice wooden bridge acress Mur river. Must be nice in sommer to.. Great for Familys!

We are a family of six, always looking for new adventures for our children (2 to 7 years old). Praschhof is placed between mountains where every hiker will find its difficulty. It was easy to find daily activities with the "Lungau card" that Marion gave us, it includes lots of free activities (swimmingpools, castles, adventure parks, cablecars...) The appartment where we stayed had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (1 shower), dinning room with open kitchen and a sofa. We had many DVD movies available, books and table games ... The appartment is well build and nicely decorated, it has good views. We felt like home for the 10 days we stayed. Praschhof is not like other farms I know. Rabbits, ponys, goats, donkeys, pigs, ducks, cows, chickens and cats are extremely sociable, it made an awesome experience for our kids that enjoyed their time feeding them in the afternoon or seeing a newborn cow (named Pepa). Marion and Hans will offer breakfast every morning from delicious local made products (milk, yougurt, butter, bread, jam, eggs, cheese ...). Hans and Marion enjoy living in a farm. We strongly recommend the stay.

Spotless clean, modern, new, comfortable, spacious. Minimum plastic - mostly wood, metal, stone and glass used in the apartment - eco friendly and very pleasant. You can order bread or rolls every morning to your door.
