It seems that we finally found the perfect hotel in London. Location, price and conditions are in harmony. When arrived we were met by Julia, she was very attentive to our requirements, and gave us cosy apartment. The breakfast also was very good. The hotel is close to Tower, bus and subway stations. It is new, clean, has very hospitable management and all needed facilities. Next time we will stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel. Comfortable, squeaky clean, very well situated. And I was so pleased by all the help I got from the staff: Bartek helped me solve a number of challenges that I had during my stay (NOT caused by the hotel!). He did this in a very gracious way that made things really easy for me. For example he organized the shipment of some goods for me and I really was completely hassle free, so I could do the work I had come for to London. Also the gentleman who showed me my room did a very good job explaining to me the lighting system etc, thank you! Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to taste the breakfast, I'm sure it's excellent.

I liked very much the firendliness of the staff there, cozy and clean room, very good location - just 2 min walk to the underground station and walking distance to St. Paul cathedral.

The rooms were so perfect. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed here to attend my university graduation ceremony the next day, and when I told this upon arrival, we came back to the room that evening and found they prepared a champaign bottle with a message card as a graduation gift. This was a very pleasant hospitality.
