Perfectly set in Knysna, Bollard Bay House offers luxury accommodation alongside the Knysna River. The house has an outdoor pool and a bar. This was one of the nicest Guesthouses that we have ever stayed at for a number of reasons. Firstly, Mike the owner was incredibly friendly and took great care of us while we were there. He gave us excellent advice and ideas of what to do in the area. We loved it so much here we ended up staying an extra two nights! The location is spectacular, it is situated on beautiful Leisure Island and the guesthouse is right across the road from Bollards Bay. The facilities here were amazing, our room was so clean, comfortable and very spacious. The breakfasts served each morning were delicious, there were freshly made muffins each day. We couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience here, we loved every minute and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to South Africa.

Located a few metres from Knysna Lagoon, The Knysna Belle Guest House in Leisure Isle offers uninterrupted views of the Outeniqua Mountains. The breakfast was amazing. Michelle was attentive and made us feel relaxed and at home! The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, perfectly located, bright and spacious. The garden is perfectly manicured and tranquil. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The area is safe and the lagoon is right on the doorstep. I've never felt more relaxed.

At the tip of Leisure Island and overlooking the Knysna Lagoon, this hotel has an outdoor pool and terrace with panoramic views. Its rooms have a furnished balcony or patio. My family and I liked everything, the interior layout of the suite, furniture, facilities, and cleanness and on top of all the welcoming stuff that made the stay joyful and not to forget about the testy dinner we had at night at very beautiful scenic views of the sky and sound of ocean waves.
