Situated in Cape Town, 4.7 km from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, Neighbourgood Newlands features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Load shedding was not an issue as there is backup power. There is a restaurant on site and self catering which is nice to have the option. Staff were incredible, if I could rate 20/10 I would. A perfect stay. Also very central and the area is safe, you can walk to the shops if need be.

Situated in Cape Town, 4.4 km from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, Southern Sun Newlands features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. As we are based in Somerset West and we were working on an project in Ottery (late Thursday night/early Friday) we needed to be close to Ottery and as a result the Southern Sun was a perfect location. The bonus was two queen sized beds in each room - perfect for 2 men sharing a room. The breakfast was superb and fantastic that it was available from 06h30. Will definitely make use of this accommodation in the future, if the need arises.

Located in Cape Town’s up-scale Newlands district, Fernwood Manor Boutique Guest House is an elegant colonial retreat, set against the slopes of Table Mountain. Cozy and ambient with wonderful staff! Would definately stay there again.

Conveniently situated in the Southern Suburbs, Riversong offers an outdoor swimming pool, remedial massages and a full-English breakfast. Free Wi-Fi and parking is available. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely and always made to order. Very convenient location and garage for the car was a plus!

Providing a garden, a terrace and free WiFi, Orchard Lane is a recently renovated apartment 3 km from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and 10 km from CTICC. The perfect stay to come and go with privacy, security and comforts of everything I needed for my trip. Central and easy to get around, close to all amenties. Hosts were professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Accomodation was modern comfortabel and clean. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Newlands Peak - Spacious one-bed apartment offers wellness packages and free private parking, and is within 4.7 km of Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and 10 km of CTICC. Everything! Great location for me, really nice spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen and really clean and well presented. Loved the pool and gym on top floor - really made my stay. Very friendly and helpful reception and security staff too
