The staff was very polite and helpful. Room clean and spacious. I also like the gym setup, with big windows. The pool is next to the gym, outside on the roof.

Es war sauber und das Frühstück war auch okay , ( Amerikanisch)... Pappteller u. Pappbecher, Plastik Besteck.... andere Länder andere Sitten.... kein Problem ich hatte ein Reise-Besteck und einen To Go Becher. Unser Zimmer war sehr hell und ruhig, mit Aussicht auf die Seitenstraße. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

We booked two rooms for my family during Thanksgiving week, but unfortunately, we had to check out well before Friday, missing out on the full experience of the gingerbread house, champagne fountain, and chocolate booth. Despite this, the glimpses we caught looked promising! The location was ideal, conveniently close to all our points of interest, and the staff was consistently accommodating. I highly recommend the hotel and eagerly anticipate staying there again on our next visit to San Francisco

The location the hotel is hysterical the bed is comfortable the room is very clean the stuff of helpful and professional and I like the doorman he was friendly also there was a game at the Lobby my children play with it during my check in and check out it was a good idea. they provide valley parking for only $67

Dieses zentral in San Franciscos berühmtem Viertel Nob Hill gelegene Hotel aus dem Jahr 1907 begrüßt Sie 20 Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf,... The room was large, comfortable, the bed was nice. The fridge and microwave in the room were lifesavers. We had a ton of closet space as well. It was more than enough for two people. The area was also very nice, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and diagonal to a large supermarket. There were bus stops nearby as well. The people at the front desk were super nice, helped us with our bags, even let me use the shower after check out. The bathroom was shared, however we never had to wait to use it. All around a lovely experience for my first visit to San Francisco.

Perfectly located to explore city’s highlights. We could reach pretty much everything we wanted by just walking. You can watch cable cars from apartment windows, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were always very nice and kind to us. The area around felt safe and clean.
