Just 500 metres from New York City Hall and its park, The Frederick hotel is located in lower downtown Manhattan. Amazing hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful all the time, the rooms were amazing and the bed very comfortable.

Perfect location for a city trip to NYC, the staff was very helpful especially when our air-conditioning was broken they even tried late at night to fix it.
