Needed to be mid-town, so chose the Whitby over the Crosby. Appreciated how quickly restaurant hostess and staff were to recognize my husband and me. Excellent front desk staff. Appropriately COVID aware. Liked non-fogging mirrors in bathroom.

The hotel staff was amazing from the reception to the coffee bar. Rooms were exceptionally cleaned. I want to recognize specially Arlette who made us feel at home, congratulations on her professionalism and giving that extra mile on details that will make us visit again.

Arlo NoMad is 644 metres from Madison Square Park, 322 metres from the Empire State Building and 805 metres from Herald Square. From the beginning the staff was helpful and friendly. Then we were impressed with the amazing view from our room, definitely one of the best views of NYC. The room was comfy and clean everyday, zero noise from outside. The rooftop was really good too.

Located in the heart of Greenwich Village and housed in a restored historic building, this Manhattan boutique hotel features free WiFi access and on-site dining, including a complimentary daily... Breakfast was wonderful. Room was tiny but lovely. Bed was comfortable and the hotel went to special effort to provide us with special pillows we asked for.
